All registrations will be confirmed, in writing, via e-mail.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Things happen. If you register but can no longer join us, cancel by August 1, 2016 for a 90% refund. From August 2 until September 11, 2016, you’ll get a 50% refund. Cancellations received on September 12, 2016 or later are non-refundable, but you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company at any time, with no fee. Send us an email to cancel or request a transfer. All refunds will come by check and may take a few weeks, but we’ll do our best to get it to you promptly.

Registration Eligibility:
RSECC welcomes executives and practitioners engaged in environmental sustainability and compliance, and who are employees of retail companies or consumer product manufacturers, subject to eligibility requirements below.
Companies that provide goods or services to the retailer and product manufacturer attendees may also participate, again subject to eligibility requirements.
Retailers: To qualify as a retail attendee, individuals must be employed directly by a retail company (not as a consultant or contractor). A retail company is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling its inventory of consumer products directly to end consumers, and which has at least 5 stores.
Consumer Product Manufacturers: To qualify as a consumer product manufacturer attendee, individuals must be employed directly by a consumer goods company (not as a consultant or contractor. A consumer goods company is defined by RILA as a company whose core business is selling consumer products that it manufactures to retailers for resale to end consumers. Companies that sell products to retailers for use in the business (e.g. security cameras, POS systems, or other products intended for use in the store, DC, HQ, or other locations) do not qualify as consumer product manufacturers for RILA purposes.
Service Providers: Service providers are the companies that provide goods or services to the retail industry for use by the company, stores, or distribution centers, such as EAS systems, security cameras, consulting services and more. Individuals from service supplier companies can exhibit or sponsor, or contact Kate Rabatsky at 703-600-2040 or kate.rabatsky@rila.org to attend the conference.
Attendance by those who do fall into these categories is by invitation only and subject to written approval of RILA, and may be limited or restricted at the sole discretion of RILA.
